Well I have to say that I just received my worst haircut experience in15 years; Thanks Heidi... NOT ! It wasn’t so much the haircut it self, but Heidis attitude. Not only was she short with me, but she was huffy and puffing while asking what type of haircut I want, I said; about a 3 on the back and how about an inch off the Top, but before I could finish she just barked and said how about what you got last time you were here, I was like okay. She started to cut my hair, then she got a personal phone call and actually took it ( 1 min later) back to cutting, then her watch ( Iwatch) kept ringing and she kept stopping from cutting my hair to turn her watch off! During my 5 min haircut, she never smiled once, absolutely No small talk; like how was my day... nothing. This girl should NOT be dealing with customer service! You lost this customer.
