The staff and the haircut was awesome no complaints

I have been going here for years,and that is stopping today. This location as just gone to far down hill. Checking in now is done with an touch screen that’s nice but you have to enter so much info, email, phone, address, dob, and then the questions....I just want a haircut. Then they only have two girls working so there is a huge wait. Then to make it worse they have 4 rows of chairs crammed in a little spot in front that of course everybody sits on the end making a huge hassle to get a seat. No way there is ever going to be a need for that many seats. Tried the online check-in. Wast of time. Again with all the requested info, questions, and confirmation process. I JUST WANT A HAIRCUT....

April just gave me the the best haircut and service I have ever had. A true professional in the hair industry.
